CUMBRIA Police are investigating a burglary where fuel was syphoned from the construction site at the Grange Lido.
Unknown persons entered the site between January 24 at 5pm and January 25 at 7am and syphoned fuel from a digger and the fuel cube, valued at around £600.
Police say it is highly likely that a vehicle would have been used to transport such a quantity.
They also say that the only access would have been from Grange train station and from driving along the promenade.
