A SECTION of the A591 will be closed for utility works.
A section of the A591 in Ambleside will be closed while works are carried out.
This is set to start on February 2 and it is anticipated to take up to one day to complete.
An alternative route can be found via the unrestricted sections of Lake Road, Church Street and Kelsick Road.
To facilitate the alternative route and maintain access, the one-way restriction on Lake Road, Ambleside, from its junction with Church Street extending in a southerly direction to its junction with Kelsick Road, will be temporarily suspended for the duration of the works.
