A WOMAN is to appear in court charged with being the owner of a dangerously out-of-control dog that caused an injury.
Pamela Smith, 62, of Quaker Fold in Ulverston, is said to have been the owner of a Jack Russell called Basil, which was allegedly dangerously out of control injuring another woman.
The offence is alleged to have taken place in Roanhead, Barrow, on August 16 last year.
She will give an indication of plea to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 offence on Monday at South Cumbria Magistrates Court.
