A CAR and a campervan were found facing each other after a crash this afternoon on Highgate, Kendal near the town hall.
The car was facing the wrong way on the busy one-way street leading into the centre. Both the car and campervan had extensive damage to their front bumpers.
The police confirmed that there was a collision between a car and camper van on Highgate near Boyes and Co.
It was reported at 1.37pm.
The police do not believe there are any injuries but both vehicles required recovery.
