A MAN is to appear in court charged with sexually assaulting a woman in Ulverston.
Lee Cumberbatch, of Ripon Road in Harrogate, is said to have intentionally touched a female aged 16 or over when she did not consent.
Prosecutors allege the offence occurred in Ulverston on June 3 last year.
The 27-year-old will give an indication of plea to the charge at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Monday (February 11).
