Cumbria police are wishing to speak to the motorcyclists pictured after driving offences were committed were in Kendal.
Officers are investigating incidents which took place on Sandes Avenue and Windermere Road between 3:30pm and 4:20pm on 16 April.
They would like to speak to the two persons pictured as part of the investigation.
A spokesperson for Cumbria police said: "We are also keen to hear from anyone who may have relevant dashcam or CCTV footage of the incident.
"Anyone who recognises the individuals pictured or has any information regarding the incident is asked to report to police quoting log 150 of 16 April. You can also call 101.
"Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111."
