A social club in Askam is hoping to help some of the thousands of visitors coming to Furness next month for Dave Day.
With the influx of people travelling to Cumbria to pay their respects to Dave Myers, the fight for accommodation has been a tough one.
The majority of hotels in Barrow were already fully booked last month while any available rooms saw a surge in prices.

However, Duddon Sports and Social Club revealed on Monday it would be opening the doors to their field over the weekend to provide a free camping site for visitors in need of a place to stay.
Dave Garnett commented: "All we are asking is for campers to call in the club and leave a voluntary donation, and maybe have the odd pint."
It is the latest example of the local community banding together to make Dave Day one to remember, with other sites opening their doors and a number of businesses providing free food and donating to charity.
