Staff at two Lake District holiday parks have given glowing feedback in a company survey.

Team members at Gatebeck and Limefitt Holiday Parks, both operated by Parkdean Resorts, praised the company in its 2025 People Engagement Survey.

They rated the company highly for wellbeing, growth and development, management and collaboration, and communication.

Lisa Charles-Jones, HR director at Parkdean Resorts, said: "Our teams are the heart and soul of Parkdean Resorts.

"By creating a positive and supportive workplace, we empower our teams to create amazing experiences for holidaymakers in the Lake District.

"We are proud to have a positive culture and strong sense of purpose across the business, and we're incredibly pleased to achieve record-breaking and industry-leading results in our Engagement Survey this year."

The company operates 65 holiday parks across the UK and offers more than 250 different career paths.

The 2025 engagement survey saw more than 7,000 responses from team members, representing a 97 per cent response rate and a three per cent increase from the previous year.

"These results put us well ahead of our competitors and are a testament to the great work our teams are doing across the board."
