Young dancers in south Cumbria are doing their part to spread festive cheer by visiting local care homes next week.
Dance Atikk will be conducting their annual tour from December 1 to 6, visiting residents at homes in Cartmel, Flookburgh and Kendal.
The club members, aged between four and 16, will entertain those in attendance with solos, duets, trios, and group numbers in various styles - including ballet, modern, and street.
Lucy Everett, the principal of Dance Atikk, said: "[We are] off to spread the Christmas magic with our dancers - it is such a wonderful community event to bring the different age groups together.
"This year, we have introduced our new collaboration - one of the amazing residents has created and composed a beautiful song for the 'atikkers' to dance and perform to.
"I was so honoured and surprised to be given this beautiful opportunity and to collaborate with such a talented and wonderful man."

Over 100 students will be involved in the week-long tour in an effort of ensuring older members of the community do not miss out on the fun of the festive season.
It has grown to be a yearly tradition for the club, having run now for over a decade.
Lucy added: "Once the 'atikkers' have shone on the dance floor, they all take the time to meet, chat, and share stories with the residents at each of the venues.
"We love this part, with a good gossip and giggles to share.
"It's wonderful to hear the comments from the residents, that the dancers are so professional, well-mannered, beautiful, and lovely to talk to."
Dance Atikk is described as a school 'with a difference' and has been a strong part of the south Cumbrian community since its foundation in 2009.
