Stollers are offering up to 30 per cent off everything across its store, but there’s not long left to shop the sale.

Customers of the family-run, Barrow-in-Furness furniture superstore have until bank holiday Monday (August 31) to get a generous discount on any of Stollers’ items.

Whether you are looking to completely transform your home with a big-ticket item like a sofa or bed or simply want to change it up for the season ahead with new cushions and throws, there is something for everyone at a reduced price.

The sale even includes popular homeware brands, such as Tempur, Stressless and G Plan, as well as Stollers’ latest products, including its new upholstery and dining ranges.

Popular trending interiors also feature in the sale. This year has seen the return of ‘nostalgic, bold and retro colour palettes, such as oranges and blues,’ explains Eden Stoller, branding and marketing coordinator and fifth generation of the Stollers family business.

‘We are seeing a lot more blues coming through; everything from navy to sky blues, which was a trend about 10 years ago,’ she adds. You will be able to find products across the shop’s range of furniture and accessories in these trending hues on sale now.

Stollers doesn’t just offer trend-led design – it prides itself on offering timeless pieces for its customers’ homes that will last for years to come, just like the 121-year-old business itself.

Excellent customer service doesn’t end once you’ve left the store either. As a part of its white-glove delivery service (starting from £45 for local delivery), the Stollers team will build, install and level your new buy and ensure it functions properly before leaving your home, taking the packaging away too.

Shopping at Stollers is designed to be an enjoyable day out – it’s ‘a destination store’ says Eden. ‘It’s a place where people can spend a couple of hours. They can have their lunch, they can browse and hopefully buy some nice new furniture,’ she adds.

Visitors can enjoy homemade dishes and bakes at the in-store restaurant, 1905 Coffee & Kitchen, to really make the most of their shopping experience. Plus, in a tradition dating back to the 1950s, children in the store will be gifted some dolly mixtures to enjoy!

The biggest furniture store in Cumbria also hosts independent travel agents Travel the Globe and home design service K&B Creation – perfect for planning your experiences at home or away. Stollers offers that one-stop-shop experience to its valued customers.

Founded in 1905 by Isaiah Stoller, the business is now in its fifth generation, with the family proudly celebrating its 120th anniversary last year.

Today, there are still three generations involved in the company. ‘It’s a really valuable asset,’ shares Eden, who makes up the fifth generation with sister Didi. ‘It allows us to have a different level of honesty than other management teams.’

Their parents Lee and Catherine are both company directors, while their grandfather Mr David Stoller is still heavily involved, despite retiring a couple of times before. ‘He can’t seem to stay away!’ laughs Eden.

At the end of last year, Stollers won the Prestige Award for Furniture Retailer of the Year 2025/26, rounding off the anniversary year in style.

Beyond the summer sale and looking towards the autumn months, Stollers is hosting its third annual Halloween Ball in aid of St Mary’s Hospice. The shipwreck-themed party will be at the Coronation Hall in Ulverston on Saturday October 31, with tickets on sale now.

‘Our tickets sales go directly to the hospice,’ explains Eden. ‘We’ve done multiple charity events for them through which we raised over £20,000 each time.’ The team hopes this year’s fundraiser will be as successful, if not more.

Looking back on her family’s role in the local community, Eden reflects: ‘We stay strong to our family values and how we look after our customers. We are incredibly proud of who we are and our heritage.’

Shop the summer sale in store at Stollers until August 31.

Open seven days a week, with free parking on site.
