A high street menswear brand has launched an offer to help wedding parties in Ambleside cut costs.

Brook Taverner, on Grosvenor House, Compston Road in Ambleside, is giving the groom a free suit when four or more qualifying suits are purchased during the same visit to a participating store.

The Groom Goes Free promotion is available from August 10 to September 11.

Oliver Campbell, retail director at Brook Taverner, said: "A wedding is one of the biggest days in a person’s life, and choosing what the wedding party will wear should feel exciting, not complicated.

"We want to make wedding tailoring simple, stress-free and great value – with the quality, fit and service people want for such an important occasion.

"Groom Goes Free is part of that experience."

The offer does not require the wedding party to choose matching suits or buy from the same range.

Qualifying suits can be selected from different ranges to allow for individual style and fit for each member.
