Bookings are now open for a popular Santa's Grotto in the Lake District that 'sells out fast' ever year.
Hayes Garden Centre in Ambleside announced at the end of last month that the annual event will be returning between November 14 and December 24.
The centre encouraged customers to act fast if they want to seal a spot with booking information available here.
A spokesperson said: "It's never too early to start planning a little Christmas magic - make this festive season extra special with one of our magical Santa experiences.
"Enjoy an up to 40-minute one-to-one grotto experience, journey through the activity room with Santa's elves, listen to Santa's stories and receive an early present, and get a photo opportunity with the man in red, along with a range of souvenirs for an added cost.
"This popular event fills up fast, so don't miss your chance to create magical family memories this Christmas."
