A parcel of meadowland stretching over nine acres is up for sale in the Lake District National Park.
Located in Satterthwaite near Ulverston, the 9.29-acre site is on the market with a guide price of £55,000.
H&H Land & Estates is handling the sale of the land, which is described as a "single enclosure of sound meadow land" with woodland, roadside access and a natural water supply.
The estate agents describe the sale as an "excellent opportunity" they expect to be of interest to farmers and local landowners.
The land is flat, with boundaries formed by stock-proof stone walls and post-and-wire fencing.
Dale Park Beck runs through the centre of the site, providing a natural water source.
There are two roadside access points along the easterly boundary.
A caravan located in the far northerly corner of the site is included in the sale and is understood to be used for the storage of agricultural tools.
The land is being sold by informal tender, with offers to be submitted to H&H Land and Estates at the Cumbria Tourism Business Centre in Staveley.
The deadline for submissions is 12pm on November 12, 2026.
