A CHEF recruitment agency has moved to a new, purpose-built office.
AWOL Recruitment directors James and Kim Martin-Brown made the decision after the business enjoyed a very successful year in 2007 that saw them recruit two members of staff.
The Grange-over-Sands business was formed ten years ago by master chef James Brown and his wife, former hotel manager Kim. After finding it hard to source a chef, they felt there was a gap in the market and AWOL Recruitment was born. The business now sources emergency, temporary and permanent chefs for hotels, restaurants, care homes and kitchens across the North West.
With a crew of more than 40 senior chefs, AWOL’s team is called on when chefs are on holiday, off sick, absent without leave or when extra help is needed.
