THE retail downturn has failed to dent optimism over the £100 million redevelopment of K Village, with the company behind the prestigious project revealing it has already pre-let more than two-thirds of its selling space.
While high street stores are battling against the woes of recession, with some long-established household names such as Woolworths and MFI closing, Kendal Riverside LTD director John Drummond said the outlook for K Village was positive.
