A NORTH Lancashire pub is to offer stamps and envelopes alongside the usual pints and peanuts when it takes on the role of the village post office this week.
In a move that could be replicated elsewhere in the region, the Lunesdale Arms pub, in Tunstall, will begin hosting an outreach postal service on Thursday.
