ONE lane on the A591 is closed following an accident.
Police said that a black Citroen Zara had spun off the road and in to a hedge near to the petrol stations at Prizet, Kendal.
One lane (out of two) is closed on the Kendal-bound side and there is some spillage on the road.
Police are currently at the scene.
