A TREASURED television personality and antiques expert will be on the look out for Cumbria’s best bobby dazzlers tomorrow (Saturday).
David "The Duke" Dickinson and dealers from ITV 1’s Dickinson’s Real Deal will be examining the county’s hidden trinkets, collectables and family heirlooms at Penrith Leisure Centre on Southend Road between 9am and 5pm.
The show offers people the chance to sell their items on the day to a dealer or take a gamble and sell it at auction, which on this occasion will be the Fine Art, Antiques and Collectables Sale at Kendal Auction Rooms on Sandylands Road in Kendal on June 11.
Already shaping up to be a lively event, the sale will be accessible to antiques enthusiasts from across the world, with a webcam and live feed allowing online bids to be incorporated into the flow of the auction.
