Cumbria Police are appealing to potential witnesses who may have seen a fatal crash in Walney.
They say six to eight people were at a bus stop outside Murray’s chemist when the crash happened in Central Drive on Monday.
Pedestrian Hazel Lindow, 92, of Walney, died after the collision involving a Ford Escort being driven by a man from Ulverston.
