A SELECTION of historic Morecambe street scenes have been put together for an atmospheric 2006 calendar.
Poulton Neighbourhood Management has collected the photographs from Poulton's past, when the area was not only a thriving seaside resort but also a busy community for people who lived here.
They illustrate dramatic changes that have taken place over the years and some views which are still familiar.
The calendars cost £5, with all money raised going direct to the Friends of the Winter Gardens for the appeal to re-open the historic seafront theatre.
Copies of the calendar are on sale now at the Poulton Neighbourhood Management office on Euston Road, close to the Arndale Centre.
