TREASURES of the Lancaster district will be featured on national television this weekend.
The Antiques Road-show, filmed in Lancaster Town Hall during the summer, will be broadcoast on Sunday (December 4).
A valuable pair of clogs made by Clarice Cliff, moving letters from the Crimea and a rare tapestry valued at £10,000 are among the treasures uncovered.
There is also a late 17th century original manu-script recipe book which expert Justin Croft described as one of the best he's ever seen' and a stone urn that once stood beneath the clock tower on Morecambe prome-nade.
The show goes out on BBC1.
