FARFIELD Mill has opened a new exhibition area, opening with a double dose of artwork.
The Sedbergh art and heritage centre has created the light and airy Howgill Room to stage paintings and other media exhibitions.
Running until April 30 is a joint show featuring Dentdale artists Birgitte Sheard and John Cooke, two different types of landscapists, in the first of eight splendid sounding exhibitions for 2003.
