"We've got more than 60 wholesale accounts," said partner Mark Whitehead, who only started the business from his Hawkshead Whigs caf in the centre of the village about 18 months ago. To celebrate their successes to date, Mark and sales manager Geoff Monkman organised an open day. The event included the re-launch of the herb vinegar range featuring rosemary, tarragon and thyme; and the unveiling of some lip-smacking new products including Sticky Banoffee Sauce, Lemon & Lime Marmalade, Roast Red Pepper Mustard and Chillililli, a fiery version of my favourite cheese accompaniment.
