PIANIST Charles Edmondson, and flute player David Edmonds, open the new series of lunchtime concerts at Kendal Parish Church Friday, 1pm.
The following Friday (August 10) the church's director of music Hugh Davies accompanies mezzo soprano Elizabeth Lamb, and August 17 sees the popular musical team of baritone Brian Lancaster, and pianist Mary Powney entertain.
Charles Edmondson returns to the keyboard on August 24, this time on organ, with Hugh Davies concluding the feast of lunchtime melodies on August 31.
Admission is free with a retiring collection.
