EFFORTS to deal with the loss of 350 jobs following the closure of AXA Insurance's offices in Kendal were featured in the BBC2 programme Working Lunch this week.
Correspondent Rob Pittam interviewed South Lakeland District Council chief executive Philip Cunliffe about the job losses - the equivalent of five per cent of the town's workforce - and talked to people in Market Place about the closure.
