THE music will be speaking for itself when Elephant Talk play a benefit gig for Amnesty International at Kendal's Brewery Arts Centre.
Blending instruments from around the globe including digeridoos, kalimbas, saxophones and drums, the Leeds-based band make sitting down difficult.
Kerry Jones, press officer for the South Westmorland branch of the human rights organisation, said the group had been invited back after a successful concert last year.
"We were really impressed with the band last year, everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and they were keen to come back to Kendal and build their links," she said.
Tickets for the gig, on September 23, are available priced £7/£6 from the Brewery or on the door.
