When thinking of your website there are a few fundamental issues you may encounter. Firstly being the type of business or service you have. Is this the kind of business that warrants a website? In this day and age it's a common factor of marketing to have some kind of internet web presence. Having a website for a simple online brochure is one thing, but if you are selling products or goods online then it starts getting complicated! In either scenario it's important to get on that social bookmarking train. Facebook is a good start and easy to use followed by Twitter and Linkedin. Give them a try, they have many info files to help if you get lost, but with social media combined with your site it's sure to help.
