CONCERN is growing for a missing man who could be in the Lake District.

Adrian Paul Manger, 48, of Leicestershire, was thought to be in Keswick on June 14, and could have gone to Glenridding since then, but nothing has been seen or heard of him for several days.

Police are urging him to get in contact with them.

Mr Manger is described as white, 5ft 11, with a slim build, cropped receding dark hair, and is either unshaven or with a goatee beard.

He has a Midlands accent and tattoos on his arms, back and chest. He was last seen wearing khaki trousers, a blue fleece and waterproofs.

He was carrying a blue and purple rucksack containing camping equipment.

It is believed he is wild camping while walking in the Lakes.
