KIRKBIE Kendal School is celebrating coming first in the advanced category of a design competition.
Year 12 students took part in the Rotary Design and Technology Tournament at the Hydro Hotel, Windermere, where they had to design and build a functional coin sorter from limited resources and produce a portfolio of work, including design ideas and problems they had beaten.
