POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a driver dumped a car at Ulverston’s Ford Park following a collision.
The incident happened on Friday when a light coloured three door Renault Clio was driven onto the grass at the venue and collided with an entrance pillar. The driver was then spotted running away.
Officers are particularly keen to speak to a man who was seen walking his dog at the site when the incident happened. Anyone with information should contact Cumbria Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
