KENDAL has been chosen to host a stage finish of cycling's 2007 Tour of Britain on Torchlight Procession Day in September.
The penultimate stage of the Tour from Liverpool to Kendal will take place on Friday, September 14.
And the route is all set up for an exciting hill finish on Beast Banks in the town.
