STOCKPORT County from Coca-Cola Football League 2 visit Kendal Town tonight (Tuesday, 7.45pm kick-off) and boss Jim Gannon brings a first-team squad for the side's last workout before the season starts.
Town boss Lee Ashcroft is expected to put out what should form the basis of his final 20-strong squad for the season before the start of the Unibond League Premier Division fixtures start with the visit of Leek Town on Saturday, August 18.
Stockport have beaten champiosnhip sides Cardiff City (6-4) and Hull City, but lost to Crewe 3-1 on their latest outing.
Goalscorer Adam Proudlock got on the scoresheet and with the rest of the County side should give Town a stern test.
