NETHERFIELD Cricket Club have released details of the events to mark the retirement of Grahame Clarke from the club after 25 years' service.
Netherfield secretary Ian Heath writes:" As most of you know Grahame Clarke has been at Netherfield Cricket Club for 25 years during which time he has amassed a total of just over 20,000 league and cup runs, including 33 centuries.
"He has given great pleasure to team mates, opponents, umpires and spectators alike and become a living legend at Parkside Road.
"As a great loyal servant to the Club and Northern League, we intend to mark the occasion with a few tributes to a most modest and likeable character who will never be replaced and whose like will never be seen again."
