Kendal Town crashed out at the Preliminary stage of the FA Trophy after losing 5-1 to Prescot Cables
Kendal, who have now gone 11 games without a win, had no answer against a relentless Prescot Team, who were 3-0 up at half time after goals by James Edgar, Chris Almond and Michael Monaghan.
Kendal improved in the second half but despite Steven Yawson's goal Prescot saw out the game with Edgar and Jordan Southworth sealing a comfortable win for the home side.
