The most recent additions to the team are Luke Camacho, 18, from Spain and Tomas Sanchez, 19, from Argentina. Both players together trained at the QPR College Academy.

Luke went on to play for Old Actonians FC, Westgate and most recently Arsenals Development Team where he became their number one keeper.

Tomas went on to join Sutton United FC’s under 23s team and plays centre midfield.

Tomas said: “I feel so glad to join a fantastic and historical football club where the fans received me so well. I felt at home from the first moment I was in Kendal, it’s an amazing feeling.

"I’m looking to give the best of me to get a well-deserved promotion with this incredible club. Also looking forward to advance to the next FA CUP stage to bring happiness to the fans, the team staff, and the town.

"I've been playing since I was seven, and together we are going to win the league!"

Luke said: “I am very happy to be signed onto Kendal Town FC. I have no doubt with Chris Humphreys as our manager we will achieve great things this season. I would like to thank my agent, Ben, Chris, and Kendal Town for their faith in me.

"I'd like thank my coach Mani Pazo for all he's done for me, and all the fans who made us both feel so welcome."

“As a team we are going to work very hard to make this a special team. I’d also like to thank my new team who made me feel so welcome since the first moment. It’s time to get to work, up the mighty Kendal!

Luke’s father, Miguel said: “I couldn’t be prouder of my son.

"He always said to me he wanted to be the best goalkeeper in the world, that was always his mission.”

The pair of aces will be playing their first game this Saturday for Kendal Town.
