And despite the best efforts of John Huck and Marc Brown, Netherfield finished their 20 overs on 83-8.
In response Luke Phillips and former Kendal man Jamie Heywood got Lancaster off to a good start with a partnership of 32.
In the 10th over pro Timycen Maruma scored 16 runs, including two sixes and a four, to take the game away from Netherfield and Lancaster reached 84 runs in the 14th over.
