Town's 4 hour journey to Boston ended in disappointment as they fell to a narrow 1-0 loss by the home side.

From my understanding the match was a stop start affair, and Town never really found their fluency in the whole match.

The result's dissapointing, as they never really found the spark on Saturday.

That said they are still very much in a healthy position of 11th place with games in hand on the teams above.

Town have a quick opportunity to bounce back as they face off against 2 teams that are in reasonable form.

Tuesday night sees Town home to Nantwich who sit just outside the play off places. A massive match for both sides, because if Town win they will be 1 point behind the chasing pack. Our home form hasn't been fantastic, so if they can get that right I can't see any reason why Kendal can't get the win they need.

Saturday then sees Town travel to Ossett who are in good form, so two different tests for Kendal, and both are very important matches.

Alot of Kendal's recent patchy form has been down to the lack of match action with the weather, I think the team are a bit ring rusty at the minute, fortunately they do have a cushion in 11th but they just need to get back to their prolific form from the start of the season.

An intriguing week ahead for Kendal, it will be interesting too see how they progress
