South Lakeland Magistrates' Court
TRAINEE taxi driver Linda Fjodorova, 24, of Castle Green Lane, Kendal, was banned from the road for 18 months and fined £305 at South Lakeland Magistrates’ Court after pleading guilty to getting behind the wheel while ‘unfit through drink’.
Magistrates heard she was reported to police after almost running over a man and his daughter moments after being turned away from the Castle Stores for appearing too drunk.
