A CYCLIST was hospitalised after a collision near Dalton this morning (January 6).
The 54-year-old man was in collision with a Ford Ranger on Mill Brow, between Dalton and Barrow, at 8.30am.
The cyclist, from Stainton, suffered slight concussion and was taken to Furness General Hospital.
Cumbria Police said the road reopened at 8.58am.
The driver of the Ford Ranger was uninjured and is believed to be from the local area.
