BRIGGS on Friday 18th July 2014 NORMAN aged 97 died peacefully at W.G.H. with family beside him. Beloved husband of the late Kay Briggs; loving father of Yvonne, Judith and Martin; father-in-law of Robert, Clive and Heather; much loved grandfather of Jonathan, Helen, Claire, Martin, Kim and Damien; great grand-father of Emily, Anna, Alfred, Harrison and Nella. Funeral service and committal at Kendal Parish Church on Friday 25th July at 2.30 p.m. Family flowers only but donations if desired for Cancer Care Lakes Centre c/o Hayes & Parkinson Ltd., Captain French Lane, Kendal, LA9 4HS
