ARMER ALAN aged 85 years of Leece, Near Ulverston (Henry Armer & Son), passed away peace-fully on the 19th September 2014 in the loving care of St Mary’s Hospice with his loving family by his side. Much loved husband and soul mate of Mary, devoted and proud dad of Elizabeth and Harry, loving grandad of Shane, Andrew and Angus, great grand-father of Natalie and Ike, dearly loved father in law of Treena and Helen. Friends please meet for a service on Friday 26th September at 2.00pm at St Cuthbert’s Parish Church, Aldingham, prior to interment in St Matthew’s Parish Church, Dendron. Family flowers only please, or donations if so desired for St Mary’s Hospice may be left in Church or sent c/o Little & Caine, 48 Ulverston Road, Dalton in Furness. Tel: 01229 462564.
