ALDERSON On 17th April peace-fully at Westmorland General Hospital SHIRLEY aged 80 years of Beckfoot Farm, Howgill, Sedbergh. Much loved wife of John, devoted mother and mother-in-law to Jacqueline, Steven, Peter, Julie and Jacqueline a beloved grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral to take place on Friday 1st May at Lancaster and Morecambe Crem-atorium at 11am followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at Holy Trinity Church, Howgill at 12.45pm.
