HIGGINS Pauline Margaret Friends and relatives of all ages mourn the loss of a highly intelligent, elegant and caring individual. On August 1st Polly passed away at R.L.I. after complications due to a stroke. Pauline, Polly, or Pol, was a gifted writer and correspondent, an avid researcher, a fabulous friend and a lover of France. Her family thanks all who cared deeply for her these past few months, especially ward 23 and the ‘Lancaster Pearls’. We miss you Pol and hope you’re happy knowing we sail in the ocean of your friendships.
