KILBANE Thomas John (Tom) Of Holme, passed away on 24 May 2016 peacefully in St John's Hospice. Loving husband of the late Joan, father to Jaki, Elise and the late Susan Theresa, grandfather of Connor and Declan, father-in-law of Stephen and Robert. Burial at 10.30am on Thursday 2 June at Beach Road Cemetery, Fleetwood, followed by a memorial service in Holme Parish Church at 1pm. Family flowers only please, all donations to St John's Hospice in grateful thanks and appreciation for their attentive care and empathy.
