JOANNE THOMAS Aged 40 years Passed away at St John's Hospice on 1st December 2017 Much loved wife of Matthew, loving mum of Finley & Emily, daughter of Tony & Anne, sister to Judith, Nicola & Sharon and a good friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Lancaster & Morecambe Crematorium on Monday 11th December at 3pm Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Jo to St John's Hospice.
