FAULKNER The family would like to express their sincere thanks to family and friends for all the flowers, cards and kind words of support following their sad loss of Alan. Special thanks to Ward 39 R,L,I for their care and kindness over the last 4 months. To John Dewhurst for all the Funeral Arrangements. Finally thank you to all who attended the thanksgiving Service and for your kind donations.
