KATHLEEN HOLME Tamara, Lee, Peter and families would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness, sympathy and cards at this sad time. Our grateful thanks to the emergency services especially the bravery of those who rescued mum, to all at Hayes & Parkinson Ltd and Mikala and her colleagues at R.L.I. for all their help, guidance and support through this difficult time. Special thanks to Revd. Graham Skilling for the lovely service and his comforting words, Kendal Cricket Club and to Adele Richardson for the superb catering.
