HAZEL CHORLEY Alf and family would like to thank family and friends for their kind messages, cards and generous donations in Hazel's memory; of which was raised for Alzheimer's Research. Special Thanks to the District Nurses for Burneside for all their care, support and compassion and to Gary, Andrew and all at Hayes and Parkinson for their dignified care and personal attention to detail with the funeral arrangements. Thanks also to Canon Nigel Davies for the lovely service, Elizabeth Seward and Burneside Cricket Club for the refreshments and Katie at Made in Flowers for the beautiful arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble for you all; for which we are so grateful.
