Crag Cottage, Hawkshead, by Mary Wealleans
WINDERMERE Art Society's annual exhibition opens on Monday, August 1, at the Ladyholme Centre, Windermere.
Still life, floral, figurative, abstract, wildlife and landscape works will be displayed, and there will be prints, greetings cards, art materials and books on sale, as well as a children's competition.
The public will be able to vote for their favourite picture. Last year's winner, shown, was Crag Cottage, Hawkshead, by Mary Wealleans.
