THE Roxy Cinema in Ulverston is to enter into the spirit of the town’s Dickensian Festival this weekend with a special screening of the celebrated 1935 adaption of the Charles Dickens classic David Copperfield.
Directed by George Cukor, and starring Basil Rathbone and W. C. Fields, the film was nominated for three oscars.
It will be shown on Saturday (November 23) starting at 5.30pm.
